The project’s objective is elaboration of a comprehensive program supporting enterprises in the Wielkopolska Region with respect to economic change management. The change is here perceived as rapidly changing conditions of operation of enterprises active in the field of: production, services, management and human resources.

The project is addressed to entrepreneurs, local authorities and non-governmental organizations.

The beneficiaries gain access to expertise in the field of economic change management and the abilities to foresee the changes, shall have an opportunity to establish business contacts and gain competence related to cooperation and teamwork.
